The Toyota 4Runner SR5 is a popular SUV that has been in production since 2009, with its original model beginning production more than 25 years ago.

The 2011 4Runner is available in base, Limited and Trail editions. All versions are equipped with an automatic limited slip differential, and operate on a five-speed transmission. The 4Runner's 4.0-liter V6 engine generates 270 horsepower at 5600 rpm, and 278 lb-ft torque at 4400 rpm. Limited and Trail models offer full- and part-time four-wheel drive, respectively.

On its exterior, the mid-size SUV features halogen headlamps, a chrome accented front grill and 17-inch spoke alloy wheels. 20-inch wheels are an available option for Limited editions only.

The interior of the vehicle offers privacy with its tinted side and rear windows. There is also a power-tilt sliding moon roof with a sunshade, which comes standard with Limited and Trail.

The Trail edition features locking rear differential and multiple terrain settings to satisfy off-roading requirements. It also has front and rear mud guards, and offers a kinetic dynamic suspension system as an added option.

Though an anti-theft security system comes standard with Limited and Trail versions, the regular edition is not equipped with one standard, but it is offered as an extra.
