The Mitsubishi Outlander is a crossover SUV that has been in production since 2001. It was previously known as the Airtrek, until it was renamed in 2005.

Customers have plenty of options for the color of their Outlander, including Quartz Brown, Diamond White, Cool Silver, Graphite Gray, Cosmic Blue, Labrador Black and Rally Red. Beginning at $21,995, there are four trim levels of the SUV, which is also available in Sport edition.

The ES and SE trims are equipped with a 2.4-liter I-4 engine, receiving 168 hp at 6,000 rpm, 167 lb-ft torque at 4,100 rpm, 23 city and 28 highway miles per gallon. XLS and GT trims are offered with a 3.0-liter V6 engine, powering up to 230 hp at 6,250 rpm and 215 lb-ft torque at 3,750 rpm, and achieving up to 25 miles per gallon.

Features of the Outlander include a six CD-changer, nine-speaker Rockford Fosgate Punch sound system, SIRIUS Satellite Radio with free trial subscription and leather seating. It is equipped with front, side and side-curtain airbags for optimal protection.
