The Mazda6 is a mid-size car that has been in production since 2002. It was introduced as a successor to the Mazda 626 and Capella models, and is succeeded by the CX-7 station wagon.

The four-door vehicle is available in Ebony Black, Sangria Red, Comet Gray, Performance White, Kona Blue, Brilliant Silver and Black Cherry. Customers have a choice of pairing the exterior with leather or fabric upholstery in Beige, Black or Gray.

There are seven trim levels of the Mazda6 in "i" and "s" editions. The "i" versions of the SV, Sport, Touring, Touring Plus and Grand Touring are equipped with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 170 hp at 6,000 rpm and 167 lb-ft torque at 4,000 rpm, and achieves between 20 and 30 miles per gallon. The "s" Touring Plus and Grand Touring models are outfitted with a 3.7-liter V6 engine, generating 272 hp at 6,250 rpm and 269 lb-ft torque at 4,250 rpm. Both options are available with either a five- or six-speed manual transmission.
