The Jeep Patriot is a compact crossover SUV that has been produced by Chrysler since 2007.

This model begins at $15,365 and there are two trim levels - Sport and Latitude - both available in either two- or four-wheel drive.

Customers have two powertrain options, the first of which is a 2.0-liter I-4 engine generating 158 hp and 141 lb-ft torque. For a bit more speed, check out the 2.4-liter I-4 with 172 hp and 165 lb-ft torque. Both are mated to a five-speed manual transmission and are able to run on E85 FlexFuel.

There are several exterior paint options, as well, including Sunburst Orange, Optic Green, Natural Green, Deep Water Blue and Inferno Red.

Features of the Patriot include a power sunroof, nine-speaker Boston Acoustics sound system, single-disc CD player, MP3 compatibility and UConnect.

UConnect is a multimedia system that incorporates audio features, navigation, Bluetooth-enabled phones and wireless Internet access onto one screen. Drivers can enjoy SIRIUS Satellite Radio, hands-free calling, a voice-activated GPS and more.
