The Infiniti Q45 is a full-size luxury sedan that was in production from 1990 to 2006. Early editions of the vehicle closely resembled the automaker's Nissan President.

The automobile comes equipped with a 4.5-liter V8 engine that can produce up to 340 hp at 6,400 rpm and 333 lb-ft of torque at 4,000 rpm.
