The Buick Enclave came into production in 2007 as a replacement for the Rendezvous, Rainier and Terraza models. It is a full-size crossover that received an award for Best New SUV by the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada in 2008.

Equipped with six-speed transmission and a 3.6-liter V6 engine, the Enclave generates 288 hp at 6,300 rpm and 270 lb-ft torque at 3,400 rpm. Four-wheel drive editions receive 17 city and 24 highway miles per gallon, and all-wheel drive gets 16 and 22 mpg. It is available in three editions, CX, CXL-1 and CXL-2, with the option of four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.

The interior includes front and passenger airbags with a passenger sensory system, cloth or leather bucket seating with a heated option, tinted windows, Bluetooth connectivity and OnStar communication service.

Beginning at $35,615, the Enclave is available in ten colors, including metallics like Ming Blue, Cocoa, Quicksilver, Carbon Black, Gold Mist and Gray Green. Interior options include ebony with all ebony accents, or cashmere with cocoa accents, both with cloth trim.
