The Volkswagen CC has been in production since 2008 and is a four-door coupe version of the Passat model. It was first introduced at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Michigan.

The CC is equipped with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission that produces 200 hp at 5,100 rpm and 207 lb-ft torque at 1,700 rpm. It can reach 60 miles per hour from rest in 6.9 seconds and has an estimated fuel economy of 21 city and 31 highway miles per gallon.

Features of the coupe include tinted windows, LED taillights, eight audio speakers, touchscreen sound system, Bluetooth hands-free calling, SIRIUS Satellite Radio with a free trial subscription, iPod integration, six-airbag safety system and more.

There are three trim levels of the CC - Sport, Lux and VR6 4Motion Executive. The latter is equipped with a 3.6-liter six-cylinder 4V engine, which powers up to 280 hp at 6,200 rpm and 265 lb-ft torque at 2,750 rpm.
