Consumers can soon purchase the new Audi A7 04/07/2011
The German car company Audio recently announced that the 2012 A7 would have a beginning price of $60,125, according to Edmunds Inside Line.
Car buyers who want to purchase the A7 Prestige can expect to pay $66,455. In addition, the vehicles will hit the U.S. market sometime in April, the news source reported.
The auto company claims that the 2011 Mercedes-Benz CLS550 is a close competitor to the A7, despite the difference in specifications.
Audi's new vehicle features a supercharged 3.0-liter V6 engine, which is connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission that can generate 310 hp. The 2012 CLS550 is powered by a 4.6-ltier V8 engine that can produce 402 hp and will most likely cost $74,000 when it is available to U.S. consumers in the summer, reported the news source.
Those who decide to purchase the 2012 Audi A7 can also select from a number of packages, which include a sound system, LED headlights, cruise control with a Stop & Go device and much more.
