Car enthusiasts can expect the Lexus LF-Gh to debut at the New York AUto Show  03/30/2011
During the 2011 Geneva Auto Show, several car companies unveiled a number of concept cars that were hybrid models. The trend seems to be continuing, as it was recently announced that Lexus would debut its hybrid LF-Gh at the 2011 New York Auto Show on April 19, according to Edmunds Inside Line.

The Japanese automaker did not provide any images or reveal too much information of the vehicle, but it did say that the automobile will offer a "glimpse into the future of Lexus design," the news source reported.

Toyota's Midwest spokesman, Curt McAllister, told the news provider that the vehicle's name stands for "Lexus Finesse GS Hybrid."

Consumers who can't wait to get their hands on a Lexus hybrid can purchase the car company's 2011 GS 450h. The vehicle is a rear-wheel-drive mid-size luxury sedan that is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 gas engine and an electric motor, which can generate 340 hp in total. When it comes to fuel consumption, the hybrid can achieve between 22 city and 25 highway miles per gallon, reported the news source.

Pricing for the GS 450h starts at $58,925.
