Luxury automaker Aston Martin has partnered with a French electric golf car manufacturer to produce the extremely limited edition Super Sport.

In collaboration with Stars Electric Cars, Aston Martin will release eight units of the Super Sport, each one painted a different shade, even more exclusive than the brand’s One-77 model which only yielded 77 units. The vehicle is reportedly priced at $9.66 million.

With a twin-turbocharged, 5.4 liter V-8 engine, the car can produce 800 to 950hp. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual gearbox synchronized with a limited-slip differential. Customers can also opt for a paddle shift gearbox.

The Super Sport, available in left-hand drive only, also features a powder-coated exhaust system, carbon fiber bodywork and carbon ceramic brakes.

Upward-hinging doors reveal a leather and alcantara interior (color chosen by the buyer) Recaro seats, with a satellite navigation system and iPod connection.

Stars Electric Cars produces luxury golf cars resembling some of the auto industry’s most prestigious brands, and has custom-built cars for presidents and royalty.ADNFCR-3028-ID-19927673-ADNFCR
